SCEE operates a number of websites. These Terms of Use set out how you may use the various features on some or all SCEE sites.
By using SCEE sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use from time to time, and you should therefore periodically review this page for any changes.
Children
Access to certain content on SCEE sites may be restricted to certain age groups. Adults who give consent for children to use SCEE sites are responsible for supervising their use of the site.
IP RightsAll intellectual property rights in the information and content of SCEE sites belong to SCEE or its licensors. Much of the content is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. AvailabilitySCEE sites are provided on an “as is” basis. At times, the site may not be available or may be affected by faults or maintenance, or by conditions outside our control. No warranty is given about the quality, functionality, availability or performance of the site or any content on the site. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw content of a SCEE site at any time. If you are not satisfied with the site for any reason, your sole remedy is to stop using the site.

You must not use the site or its content in any way that is unlawful or damaging to SCEE, its affiliated companies or any other person.
CommunityYou are entirely responsible for the content and consequences of any text, film, images, photographs and other materials or content you post on the site or any other PlayStation site, and you must not include any content owned by a third party. We reserve the right to monitor all user-generated content and without notice edit, delete or remove any content which we deem in our sole discretion to be inappropriate. You understand that we are under no obligation to monitor content. The views expressed in the site community areas are those of members of the public and are not necessarily those of SCEE or any of our partners.
Please use the available community tools responsibly, in particular, do not post content that infringes the law or includes any discriminatory, offensive, obscene or defamatory acts or statements, illegal activities and/or activities or statements which may cause offence to others on grounds of nationality, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, faith or disability. You should not use the community areas for any commercial purpose.
If you believe that any content breaches any of these rules please report to us on community_admin@scee.net, or use the Alert button (if available), with details of the breach, the username of the person responsible and the section of the site in which it has occurred.
You understand that any rights in your content have been waived, and you grant us a free, unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully transferable right to use, copy, modify, and display such content and/or to incorporate them in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
DownloadsContent, including game-based graphics, images, film, music, sounds and software may be available for download from SCEE sites.
You must follow the directions which appear on the site about how to download. SCEE is not responsible for any loss of data or damage to your software or hardware or other loss or damage caused by failure to follow our directions.
Links to other sitesWe have not approved or checked any third party sites which may be linked to SCEE sites and we are not responsible or liable in any way for their content. Your use of such third party sites will be subject to the terms and conditions of those sites.
TerminationWe may terminate your access to a SCEE site, including any forums contained in the site, if we believe that you have breached any of these Terms of Use. We also may take down the site in whole or in part at any time.
Exclusion of liabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, SCEE, its affiliated companies and/or licensors exclude all liability for any loss or damage suffered by you or any third party whether direct or indirect, incidental or consequential and howsoever arising from your use of or access to, or inability to use or access a SCEE site.
SeveranceThese Terms of Use are not intended to limit your rights as a consumer. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Governing lawThese Terms of Use are governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
